20ft tiny expandable prefab container house is a residence built using shipping containers as the primary structure. A key feature is that the home is designed from the start to be expandable through the addition of more shipping container modules.
The 20ft container expandable house is about 12 square meter before folding, and occupies an area of about 37 square meter after opening. 40ft expandable container house is about 24 square meter before folding, and occupies an area of about 75 square meter after opening. It can be customized as bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, study room, living room, etc.
The basic layout of the 20ft expandable container home includes two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom. The kitchen will be equipped with cabinets and a sink, while the bathroom will have facilities such as a shower, a bathroom cabinet, and a toilet. All doors,windows, flooring, internal wiring, switches, sockets, and drainage pipes will be installed within the house for convenient use.Moreover, we will provide sockets and switches that comply with the standards of your country.

Installation Procedure
